Shipping For your convenience, we have selected Federal Express as our shipping partner. Several shipping options are available from ground to next day air services. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $200.
Returns We want to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know. All damages and defects must be reported to J&J Jewelers within seven (7) days of receipt of delivery. Many of our pieces have extended warranties and will be explained with each purchase.
All returns are shipped at the buyer’s cost, unless you received a product that is damaged or defective. To ensure you receive proper credit, all returns must be pre-approved before shipping back to J&J Jewelers. All returns must be shipped by a carrier that offers tracking information, and must be insured for the full purchase price of the item.
